Haolebaoji-Ji'an railway, with a total length of 1813.5 kilometers, starts from the Haolebaoji station of Dongsheng-Wuhai
Railway in the north to Ji 'an station, Jiangxi province in the south. It
serves as a new national strategic transport corridor for China’s North-to-South
Coal Transport Project.

Development of China’s Intelligent HSR Building Technology and Its Future
The future of engineering construction is based on
intelligent building technology, which is the inevitable trend of railway
engineering construction under the new situation. Combined with the current new
railway construction condition, this paper examines the present application and
deficiencies of intelligent building technology in railway construction,
presents views on the future development direction, key technology and basic
guarantee of intelligent construction technology for high-speed railway, and
provides new ideas for the popularization of intelligent building technology in
railway construction field. Under the general trend of building digital
intelligent railways, relying on the engineering construction management
platform of CHINA RAILWAY, this paper presents a preliminary idea of the
intelligent building management system with construction companies as the lead,
and explores a new management mode and a path of innovative practice for the
life-cycle construction of railway engineering projects.

Development of China’S Railway Dedicated Mobile Communication Technology
This paper looks back
on the development and main business applications of railway mobile
communication technology in China. Starting from the application scenarios,
application services, frequency selection, network application and technical
system analysis of railway mobile communication service, this paper expounds on
the development trend of railway dedicated mobile communication technology and
its key role in intelligent railway. From the perspectives of the path of
technology development, radio spectrum planning, standard system development,
key technology research and development, and adapting to the needs of
technology development, this paper presents views on the development of China's
railway dedicated mobile communication technology, and puts forward new
viewpoints and methods for building integrated railway wireless information
access and application platform based on LTE-R.

Evaluation Method of Wheel-rail Vertical Force of Vehicle Dynamics Response for Integrated Testing and Commissioning of High-speed Railway
With the rapid
development of China’s high-speed railway (HSR) and the growing high speed of
vehicle operation, the wheel-rail force detection technology has become a new
technical means to evaluate the track conditions. Wheel-rail vertical force
detection is important in identifying track defects, reducing wheel-rail
fatigue damage and prolonging the service life of relevant components of
vehicle and track. Based on the studies on typical cases of wheel-rail vertical
force detection for HSR integrated testing and commissioning, the statistics
and analyses of mass data and references of relevant domestic and foreign
standards, the paper puts forward the evaluation and judgment method of
wheel-rail vertical force of vehicle dynamics response for HSR integrated
testing and commissioning. The application effect of the method in the HSR
integrated testing and commissioning shows that relevant evaluation indices of
the wheel-rail vertical force can accurately detect the track defects and guide
the track maintenance and repair in a more scientific way.

Exploration and Thoughts on Management Modes for Integrated Comprehensive HSR Maintenance and Production
In combination with
the reform practice of the integrated comprehensive HSR maintenance and
production of China Railway Wuhan Group Co. Ltd., the paper introduces the
concrete ways and innovative achievements of the two modes at Yangxin
Comprehensive Maintenance Work Area and Zhumadian West Comprehensive
Maintenance Workshop respectively. Comparisons of the two modes in terms of the
characteristics and limitations are carried out from the perspectives of basic
orientation, production organization, resource allocation and comprehensive
management and check for the HSR comprehensive maintenance workshop and the HSR
comprehensive maintenance work area. The article also analyzes the necessity
and feasibility of further promoting the establishment of mode with
comprehensive maintenance depots and points out the required key areas and
links therein.

the evaluations for the full life cycle states It makes clear the key

studies on the technologies of integrated testing and commissioning for intelligent
HSR will provide guidance to the iteration and upgrading of integrated testing
and commissioning technologies as well as to the orderly implementation and

Research on Railway IoT Identity Resolution System
The
industrial identifier resolution system is the key technical problem to
strengthen the data acquisition of Internet of Things (IoT). Based on the
comprehensive summary of the current status for the current identity resolution
technology and relying on the railway IoT service platform, this paper puts
forward the overall positioning, design ideas, implementation principles,
overall framework and implementation proposals of the railway IoT identity
resolution system, and analyzes the key technologies and problems of deepening
application of the railway electronic identification in the future. Moreover,
