Evaluation Method of Wheel-rail Vertical Force of Vehicle Dynamics Response for Integrated Testing and Commissioning of High-speed Railway

With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway (HSR) and the growing high speed of vehicle operation, the wheel-rail force detection technology has become a new technical means to evaluate the track conditions. Wheel-rail vertical force detection is important in identifying track defects, reducing wheel-rail fatigue damage and prolonging the service life of relevant components of vehicle and track. Based on the studies on typical cases of wheel-rail vertical force detection for HSR integrated testing and commissioning, the statistics and analyses of mass data and references of relevant domestic and foreign standards, the paper puts forward the evaluation and judgment method of wheel-rail vertical force of vehicle dynamics response for HSR integrated testing and commissioning. The application effect of the method in the HSR integrated testing and commissioning shows that relevant evaluation indices of the wheel-rail vertical force can accurately detect the track defects and guide the track maintenance and repair in a more scientific way.

Exploration and Thoughts on Management Modes for Integrated Comprehensive HSR Maintenance and Production

In combination with the reform practice of the integrated comprehensive HSR maintenance and production of China Railway Wuhan Group Co. Ltd., the paper introduces the concrete ways and innovative achievements of the two modes at Yangxin Comprehensive Maintenance Work Area and Zhumadian West Comprehensive Maintenance Workshop respectively. Comparisons of the two modes in terms of the characteristics and limitations are carried out from the perspectives of basic orientation, production organization, resource allocation and comprehensive management and check for the HSR comprehensive maintenance workshop and the HSR comprehensive maintenance work area. The article also analyzes the necessity and feasibility of further promoting the establishment of mode with comprehensive maintenance depots and points out the required key areas and links therein.
