Abstract：The
paper analyzes the development trends of digitization and intelligence for
global railways, as well as the construction situation, the achievements of IT
application and the challenges of China high-speed railway (HSR) and puts
forward the connotation of intelligent HSR and its four components, namely, the
Brain platform, intelligent construction, intelligent equipment and
intelligent operation. Going forward, the paper carries out the blueprint
design of intelligent HSR based on cyber-physical systems (CPS) and proposes a
six-dimensional correlation analysis method, then applies it in the strategic
planning of intelligent HSR, determining the goal of development for China HSR
in the three stages of innovation demonstration, accelerated breakthrough and
comprehensive improvement from 2018 to 2035.
