Research on and Prospect of Prefabricated-component-based Construction Technology for Railway Tunnel

Abstract：Prefabricated-component-based construction technology is an important branch and development trend of railway tunnel construction technology.Due to the advantages in solutions for the structural defects of the tunnel linings,as well as the advantages in resource management, production management, quality control and green construction, prefabricated-component-based tunnel construction technology has attracted great attention in the field of tunnel engineering in China and abroad. In this paper, the development history of the prefabricated-component-based tunnel construction technology is briefly introduced, and the technological system and key technologies of the prefabricated-component-based tunnel construction technology, including design, type selection, component manufacturing, assembly construction and information technology application, have been put forward. Furthermore, issues to be further studied and works to be carried out are analyzed,and the development trend the technology is analyzed.This paper can provide reference for the application of the prefabricated-component-based construction technology in tunnels on high-speed railways, in complex and challenging mountainous areas, and plateau areas with high altitude.
