Abstract: For the purpose of promoting the prefabricated construction of railway bridges and improve the construction quality of railway infrastructure, this thesis, taking the deck facilities for high speed railway bridges as the starting point, summarizes the R&D process and achievements of prefabrication technology system. The reasonable connection mode and structural form of prefabricated deck facilities are determined through scheme comparison, and structural dimensions and architectural details conforming to the design load and functional requirements are confirmed through analysis and calculation; the design scheme is tested and verified by experiment, and process test and static load test are carried out to verify the feasibility of construction method, as well as the safety and durability of structural design. On the basis of summarizing scientific research achievements, this paper puts forward the general reference drawings and technical standards for prefabricated deck facilities of railway bridges. The technology of prefabricated deck facilities for railway bridges has been applied in many newly-built railways with good results. The further popularization and development of this technology can provide basic conditions for higher-level intelligent construction of railways.
